• Obtaining quotations and comparing options across a panel of 140+ Australian and international insurers.
• Arranging, placing, and administering insurance contracts on your behalf.
• Administering premium funding loan applications with specialized finance providers upon your request.
• Lodging and managing claims with insurers, loss adjusters, forensic specialists, and repair contractors.
• Meeting our legal and regulatory compliance obligations under Australian financial services laws.
• Disclosing necessary compliance records to our licensee, Metrix Connect Pty Ltd.

4. Overseas and Cross-Border Disclosure

In arranging certain specialized insurance covers (such as marine cargo, aviation, complex commercial liability, or covers placed through Lloyd's of London syndicates and overseas reinsurers), or where we utilize cloud hosting and data processing systems, your personal information may be disclosed to overseas recipients.

These overseas recipients may be located in countries including the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Singapore, or the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure that any overseas recipient handles your personal information in accordance with standards comparable to the Australian Privacy Principles.
